Below is the Menu for the Thursday Night Meet and Greet and the Friday Night Event
Meet and Greet Menu served in the Atrium of Hotel
Served from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM (Cash Only Bar is available from 5:00PM to 9:00 PM ) House chips with Dip Tortilla Chips with Salsa Assorted Domestic and Imported Cheeses Assorted Fresh Fruits and Berries
Served buffet, gloved servers behind plexiglass will serve the buffet. You will instruct each of the servers your choices and amount. The gloved servers will pass your plate from station to station. You will carry your plate back to your table unless you feel more comfortable having the loaded plate carried to your table by the server. The servers have a weight limit of 5 lbs. (for classmates from Florida). The servers will not be wearing masks unless the hotel changes its current policy.
Special menu needs will be accomodated. Upon arrival, please request a Vegan or Gluton-free menu. These plates will be delivered from the kitchen to your table at the appropriate time.
Bar (Cash Only) opens at 6:00 PM and closes at 10:30 PM Buffet is served from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
