From Robin Hughes, Brian Rublein’s wife. Brian passed away January 16th, 2019
In addition to the stroke he had a couple of years ago he had been suffering from a series of other ailments including bone cancer. His family was with him at the end and he is now out of pain. The memorial service will be in Louisville January 26. I don’t know any more details but I am planning on being there.

Brian was a wonderful friend, always caring for his friends, interested in participating in fun get togethers with David Thormann, Bert Armstrong, Sandy and Carole von Velsen, and JoDene Septak. He had a beautiful voice and was a wonderful speaker over the microphone or on the stage. He spoke so lovingly of his wife and children. JoDene Russell
