I spent over thirty years in sales management in the Telecommunications industry. I retiired in 1999. Wish I would have made that decision earlier.
Too many fond memories to remember in any detail, a recurring sign of senior moments. But amoung the best are recollections of Gene Fenby and the many music shows. Probably the most fun was twice being an "End Man" for the Music and Myrth Show.
Then naturally the fraternity functions, Football games at the Rosedale Club House, cutting classes in the Spring and heading to the Lakes, and hanging out at the Old Mill. WoW---I still can't convince myself that it has been 50 plus years.
What grade school(s) did you go to?
Warren G. Harding
Western Michigan University
Years of Service (military):
I have spent a great deal of time traveling. When working I was on the road quite a bit, throughout the U.S.. I have also enjoyed world wide travel on my own visting friends and attending international sporting events (Gran Prix Races and Olympic Games). I have spent time all over Europe and have traveled to Australia seven times to visit friends.
I am currently active, locally, in the B.P.O.E. and the Prescott Antique Auto Club. Typically I remain a Detroit born and raised "auto adict", and own a 1929 Model "A" Five Window Coupe Street Rod. Among other goodies, she sports a Chevy 350 V-8 and several custom features.
The weather here is very condusive to Auto Shows and cruises all spring and summer long.
My brother Don (RHS '56) lives here in Az. also, but he is down in the big city--Phoenix. It's about 1.5 hours from God's country here in Prescott Valley--close enough to keep in close touch, but not to constantly bug on another.
