I worked for IBM for two years then stayed home with our 2 children until they were midway through grade school. I returned to IBM for 12 more years. Resigned and started a gift basket business in a mall for several more years. My grandchildren arrived and I decided to stay home to spend more time with them.

I loved every minute of my high school years at Redford from football games to sorority sleepovers after dances. I had a sleepover at my house and my parents had as much fun as I did. Great friends and great times!!!! Redford was the best of the best!!!!

Jim and I have traveled to Sweden, Finland, France, and Germany. My husband has also traveled many times to Japan and other places for business. We have traveled with family in numerous places throughout the U.S.

Jim (husband) was an engineer for IBM. We were transferred to Burlington, VT for 19 years. Then transferred to Charlotte, NC and lived there for 23 years. Twelve years ago we moved to Statesville, NC. We have been retired for 20 years.

I went to my senior prom with Jeff Rooney and was sad to hear he is deceased. If anyone knows what the circumstances were I would be happy to know.
I live 10 minutes away from my son and my grandchildren and enjoy seeing them frequently. I enjoy attending their sports events and it has been fun having a grandchild that is driving now!
My daughter and son-in-law reside in southern California and I love spending time with them!! They live near the ocean and I am with them right now for 2 weeks. I love to visit often!! They are career people and world travelers.
